Our restaurant is central to the Sorrel experience—fresh food, beautiful surroundings, great conversation, and genuine hospitality. We’re looking for a Lead Server/Bartender to help run smooth, consistent shifts and support a high‑performing service team.

If you’re organized, confident, and committed to exceptional guest service, we’d like to meet you.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead daily service shifts and support smooth front‑of‑house operations.

  • Welcome guests with genuine hospitality and ensure satisfaction throughout their visit.

  • Guide guests through the menu and provide thoughtful recommendations.

  • Professional expertise and knowledge in craft cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer.

  • Prepare and serve beverages consistently and with proper portioning.

  • Monitor guest satisfaction and handle service recovery when needed.

  • Be the expert on food allergen safety.

  • Assist with inventory counts, ordering, and stock organization.

  • Onboard and train team members to Sorrel service standards.

  • Serve as banquet captain for large events and group functions.

  • Complete tip and gratuity reporting accurately and on time.

  • Process payments responsibly.

  • Follow all service and sanitation standards.

  • Support the team wherever needed.

What We’re Looking For
  • At least 21 years old.

  • Previous fine‑dining or elevated restaurant experience; leadership experience preferred.

  • Food Handler and Alcohol Awareness certifications required.

  • TOAST POS experience preferred.

  • Strong communication, leadership, and guest‑service skills.

  • Professional, polished, and genuinely friendly.

  • Calm, organized, and effective in fast‑paced service environments.

  • Strong judgment and ability to work independently while supporting the team.

  • Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Why Sorrel

You won’t just be leading service—you’ll be helping create experiences guests remember long after they leave.

Beautiful scenery. Great food. Interesting people. Ranch life. And a team that believes hospitality should feel genuine.

If you’re passionate about service and ready to lead in a setting that’s anything but typical, we’d love to meet you.

Only applicants selected for interviews will be contacted. Applicants must already have legal authorization to work in the United States.
