As we expand, we are looking for team-oriented employees who help continue our most important tradition; providing outstanding customer service.

We are seeking a Host. This individual will oversee all aspects of the front desk and will report directly to the General Manager.

Responsibilities include the following:

  • Welcome guests to the venue with a smile and positive 5i attitude
  • Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists
  • Manage reservations in MindBody, our booking software
  • Escort customers to assigned simulator or bar areas
  • Provide information on specials as well as memberships and league information
  • Acknowledge customers upon their departure
  • Coordinate with wait staff about available simulator options
  • Maintain a clean reception area
  • Answer incoming calls and address customers’ inquiries
  • Assist other staff as needed
Requirements:
  • Golf, server, and/or hospitality experience encouraged but NOT required
  • Experience in managing reservations
  • Demonstrable customer-service skills
  • Excellent communication skills both on the phone and in-person
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to monitor all simulators and bar area
