About the Role
Are you a hospitality professional who loves creating great guest experiences? We are looking for an energetic and professional Hotel Server to join our team. In this role, you aren't just taking orders-you are a key part of our guests' stay. From serving a busy breakfast to business travelers to hosting locals for dinner and drinks, you will ensure every guest receives attentive and high-quality service.
What You Will Do (Responsibilities)
  • Guest Service: Provide a warm welcome, present menus, and offer expert recommendations on food and beverage pairings.
  • Order Accuracy: Use our POS system to accurately input orders and communicate special requests or dietary needs to the kitchen with urgency.
  • Service Excellence: Deliver food and drinks promptly, maintain table cleanliness (pre-bussing), and ensure guests have everything they need throughout their meal.
  • Dining Room Care: Handle opening and closing side work, including polishing silverware, resetting tables, and keeping service stations stocked.
  • Financial Integrity: Process guest payments, room charges, and cash transactions accurately according to hotel standards.
  • Safety & Compliance: Maintain a clean work environment and strictly adhere to all state and local laws regarding the responsible service of alcohol.

What We Are Looking For (Qualifications)
