Septic Installer Opportunity

A1 Septic is a leading provider of septic system services, specializing in septic tank pumping, inspections, repairs, and maintenance has partnered with TeamOne Logistics, a workforce provider, to help maximize our growth potential. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality service with a focus on customer satisfaction!

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Septic Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating heavy machinery and a strong understanding of construction site protocols. This role involves working on various excavation projects, ensuring that all tasks are performed safely and efficiently while adhering to industry standards.

Benefits

  • Pay: $20.00/hour training pay. $240 per day ($1,200/week earning potential) once training is completed

Responsibilities

  • Operate heavy equipment including Excavators, loaders, skid steers, trailers, and medium duty trucks for excavation tasks.
  • Perform digging operations to prepare sites for construction, ensuring precision and adherence to project specifications.
  • Conduct routine maintenance checks on machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Collaborate with team members to coordinate excavation efforts and maintain a safe work environment.
  • Follow all safety regulations and protocols on the construction site to minimize risks.
  • Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and job progress.
  • Adhere to DOT regulations at all times.

Experience

  • CDL A required.
  • Previous experience with Septic Systems is mandatory.
  • Proven experience in heavy equipment operation, particularly in underground excavation.
  • Mechanical knowledge related to the maintenance and repair of heavy machinery is a plus.
  • Previous experience working on construction sites is essential, with a focus on teamwork and communication skills.
  • Ability to operate tanker trucks is advantageous but not mandatory.
