Starting Pay: $25 per hour
Additional $2.00 shift differential from 3 p.m. -- 6 a.m.
Shift: 2nd
Hours: 6 PM - 6 AM
B Shift
Thursday- Saturday, Wednesday 6 am - Noon

What You Will Do:
  • Mixes and administers chemicals at appropriate dosages and rates as directed. Helps receive, store and dispense bulk chemicals and absorbents.
  • Cleans and services wet-wells, catch basins and septic tank traps. Inspects and maintains plugs in all designated loor drains in plant.
  • Collects, stores and properly disposes of waste products such as aerosol cans, paint, used brushes and rollers, drums, used absorbents and oil filters.
  • Drains, cleans and inspects all tanks and pits.
  • Services and operates electronic sampler. Catches and tests pH samples.
  • Responsible to maintain appropriate records and logs.
  • May calibrate and operate hazardous gas detector.
  • Assists in the diagnoses of hydraulic, electrical, mechanical, plumbing or related problems and applies appropriate corrective action as directed.
  • Helps perform minor repairs to gearboxes and electrical motors and may help adjust/program electronic equipment.

What You Will Bring:
  • High school diploma or GED; two-year degree in specialized maintenance trade preferred.
  • Minimum of 0 to 2 years of related experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret safety documents, maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to complete work orders and enter the required paperwork into a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
