Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled, motivated, and experienced Plumber to join our team in a leadership capacity. This role requires a professional who is equally comfortable diagnosing complex plumbing issues, operating heavy machinery for new construction plumbing, and managing a small field crew. The Plumbing Foreman will coordinate daily operations, supervise field personnel, ensure safety compliance, and maintain high standards of quality and efficiency throughout project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Field Operations: Supervise on-site teams, ensure code compliance, and maintain safety standards for residential and commercial projects.
  • Excavation: Expertly operate excavators for sewer line replacements, septic repairs, and new construction installs.
  • Project Management: Read blueprints, estimate materials, and coordinate with the office to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Advanced Plumbing: Perform complex installs, repairs, and diagnostics of water and gas systems.
  • Communication: Coordinate with employees, project managers, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate smooth workflow.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure all work complies with OSHA safety standards and company safety policies. Maintain accurate documentation of project progress, change orders, and daily reports
  • Quality Control: Oversee quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship.
  • Inspection: Conduct site inspections to verify proper installation, safety practices, and adherence to specifications.

Required Qualifications:

  • Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5+ years of proven professional plumbing experience.
  • Proven proficiency in operating excavators.
  • Prior experience in a Foreman, Lead, or Managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction estimating processes
  • Knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, and contract management processes.
  • OSHA certification or equivalent safety training required.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage teams efficiently while maintaining safety standards.
  • Strong communication skills to coordinate with multiple stakeholders across projects.
  • Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
  • Must submit to Background Screening and Drug Testing.
