As our Store Manager, Unassigned, you're a key team member who inspires, leads by example, and makes life a little more beautiful for our clients and teams. The Unassigned role allows Sephora to bench a SM candidate in large markets with growth opportunities. The Unassigned role is designed for the individual to be in position for 30-90 days and move to their own store.

  • Developing Sales and Budget Strategies Your strategic vision and drive for results will lead to maximized sales and profitability by identifying, analyzing, and forecasting sales or opportunities. You will move the organization forward by consistent commitments to meeting objectives & results
  • Managing Day to Day Store Operations Drive operational initiatives and ensure profitability and efficiency of your store. You will cultivate creativity & disruption to ensure the store represents our brand and culture, using our policies, values, and best practices as your guide
  • Enhancing our culture by engaging & inspiring through our Sephora values Passion, Innovation, Expertise, Balance, Respect, Teamwork, and Initiative. You will help others grow by understanding their strengths and provide coaching and development

$82,100.00 - $100,550.00. The actual pay offered depends on various factors, including qualifications for the position and relevant experience; and other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position or location. The annual base salary range for this position is $82,100.00 - $100,550.00. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant's qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses. This job will be posted for a minimum of five days.
