The salary range for this temp intern position is $24.00 per hour. Offered salary is dependent upon experience and San Francisco location. This is a hybrid role based in our downtown San Francisco office - Tues through Thursday in-office, with Monday and Friday remote.
*This temp intern position is 3 months - 40 hours per week.

SUMMARY
Kendo is looking for a trend-driven, digitally savvy TikTok Creator Sourcing Intern to support our Fenty Influencer team. This role is ideal for someone who is deeply immersed in TikTok culture, passionate about beauty and lifestyle, and excited by the opportunity to discover emerging creators and track what is shaping conversations online.
In this role, you will help identify fresh talent, monitor viral trends and creator activity, and support the development of a strong pipeline of culturally relevant creator partners for the brand.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Source and identify emerging TikTok beauty and lifestyle creators based on content quality, creativity, engagement, audience alignment, conversion potential, and current brand partnerships
  • Submit weekly creator recommendation lists to the Senior Manager for review and approval
  • Monitor TikTok trends, viral formats, and creator conversations across beauty and lifestyle categories
  • Support ongoing competitive analysis and social trend monitoring
  • Help surface culturally relevant creators and content opportunities that align with brand priorities

REQUIREMENTS
  • Passionate about TikTok, beauty, lifestyle, and digital culture
  • Strong understanding of creator ecosystems, social media trends, and what makes content resonate
  • Detail-oriented with a strong eye for aesthetics, content quality, and brand fit
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in influencer marketing, social media, creator scouting, or trend research is a plus
