Job Responsibilities: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
  • Provide direct patient care to residents and patients in our skilled nursing home
  • Assist in the implementation of individualized treatment plans for each assigned resident

  • Oversee Falls Program and Pressure Sore Program
