🌙 Nocturnist Opportunity - Sentara Leigh Hospital | Norfolk, Virginia
As Director of Medical Operations, I have the privilege of working with an outstanding team of hospitalists and APPs at Sentara Leigh Hospital - professionals who bring skill, integrity, and compassion to every patient encounter.
We're seeking a Nocturnist to join our program in Norfolk, Virginia - someone who values teamwork, clinical excellence, and a balanced practice environment.
🩺 The Role
  • Manage 8-10 admissions per night from the Emergency Department
  • Supported by an on-site APP and Sentara's e-Hub (7p-2a) for cross-coverage
  • Collaborate with specialists in Cardiology, Pulmonary/Critical Care, GI, Surgery, IR, Nephrology, and Thoracic Surgery
  • ICU staffed with a dedicated APP and backed by Sentara's eICU
