Assembles and disassembles case carts. Ensures staff compliance with sterilization techniques, policies and procedures. Functions as a leader, preceptor and educator. Manages and maintains department inventory and equipment. Collaborates with surgical team to coordinate timely delivery of sterile instruments for surgeries and procedures. Assist leader with compliance to ensure the department complies with all local, state and federal healthcare regulations and standards.
