Description
As a Lifestyle Assistant, you provide daily activity programs for the residents and assist the Director in providing a full range of program services. This position requires tact, sensitivity, and professionalism to ensure industry-leading resident programming service delivery.

Requirements
Education: High School diploma or equivalent
Skills: Demonstrated knowledge and experience with residents having dementia and appropriate therapeutic/behavioral interventions preferred; Must be able to read, write, and speak the English language in an understandable manner.
Physical Demands: Walking, standing, talking, and hearing; ability to move freely throughout facility
