Description
The Administrative Services Assistant performs receptionist duties providing clerical support to the Administrative Services Coordinator with human resources, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll as needed. Because you are always in contact with residents, families, and employees and to guarantee their satisfaction, this position requires tact, sensitivity and professionalism to ensure industry-leading service.

Requirements
Education: High School diploma or equivalent
Skills: Proficient PC skills; Microsoft Word and Excel; Must be able to read, write, and

Physical Demands: Walking, standing, talking, and hearing; ability to move freely throughout facility
