Opening in mid-2027, Arbor Terrace Sandy Springs will be more than just a senior living community — it's a vibrant new chapter for seniors seeking connection, wellness, and exceptional care in one of metro Atlanta's most sought-after neighborhoods. Situated on Peachtree Dunwoody Road just north of Abernathy Road, residents will enjoy easy access to premier shopping, dining, healthcare, and cultural destinations throughout the Sandy Springs, Dunwoody, and Perimeter areas.

The Community Sales Director builds relationships—with the adult children of prospective residents, with seniors themselves, and with professional referral sources. As the department leader, he or she is responsible for all phases of the sales and marketing process to ensure that the community achieves and maintains its budgeted occupancy and revenue growth. The successful Sales Director is a compassionate listener who builds deep connections and follows a disciplined sales process to gain a family’s commitment. Leads are generated through excellent market planning which blends external business development and community-based events. The Sales Director also plays a key role in the community’s leadership team.

Preferred Background:

  • A minimum of two years of sales and marketing leadership experience in the senior care industry is preferred

  • Experience in a lease up community is preferred

  • Proven track record of event planning, referral source development, and successful sales process

  • Engaging verbal and written communication style

  • Proficient computer skills, experience with CRM systems


Compensation Range: $125,000+

The compensation range listed for this position Is the total opportunity, which includes a competitive base salary along with performance-based incentive compensation, such as move-in and revenue-related bonuses, as well as occupancy target bonuses,. Actual earnings will vary based on individual performance and business results, with the opportunity to earn below or exceed the posted range.
