Resource Management Concepts, Inc. (RMC) provides high-quality professional services to government and commercial sectors. We are seeking a Senior Wireless / Radio Frequency (RF) Engineer to support a Department of the Navy (DoN) customer at Indian Head, MD. The Senior Wireless / RF Engineer will lead the development of innovative wireless and RF technologies that power reliable, secure, and mission-critical communications.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design, integration, and optimization of wireless and RF communication systems, ensuring solutions meet technical, operational, and performance requirements.
  • Develop and evaluate RF hardware and system architectures, performing modeling, simulation, testing, and troubleshooting to validate system performance and reliability.
  • Direct system verification and validation efforts by developing test strategies, analyzing results, and resolving complex technical issues using specialized RF test equipment.
  • Provide technical leadership through design reviews, engineering guidance, and mentorship while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver successful project outcomes.
  • Ensure RF system designs, installations, and engineering practices comply with applicable government regulations, industry standards, and organizational quality requirements.

Requirements
Requirements:
  • Active Top Secret Security Clearance, with the ability to obtain SCI
  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related discipline
  • Minimum of 10 years of professional experience
  • Must meet DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level III baseline certification requirements by possessing at least one approved certification (e.g., CASP+, CISSP or Associate, CCNP Security, CISA, CCSP, GCED, IH).

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related discipline
  • Demonstrated ability leading technical efforts, mentoring junior to mid-level engineering teams, and communicating effectively with customers and cross-functional stakeholders

The current salary range for this position will be $185,000 to $250,000 (annually).
