Install, configure and support all Rational tools used by the customer. Provide expert guidance on usage and configuration of Rational's Lifecycle tools to customer. Maintain other Windows bases products as directed by Server Administration Team Lead.
Duties include:
Software Installation - Install ClearQuest, ReqPRO, ClearCase, and License Manager.
Configuration - Configure software to meet usage requirements as defined by customer.
Performance Tuning - Measure, report and recommend settings that affect performance of all data tools.
Architectural - Participate with other staff to design optimal implementation solutions.
Support - Assist other staff in diagnosing problems and developing fixes. Educate staff on proper use of Rational products.
Documentation - Document all processes used in maintaining products. Maintain configuration documents of all deployed environments.
