Senior Video + Multimedia Manager Your work environment at EXP

In this role, you will be a part of our Corporate Marketing team based in Chicago, IL.

EXP is seeking a Senior Video + Multimedia Manager to lead the vision, development and execution of our multimedia program – transforming how we tell stories across video, motion and digital platforms. This is a player‑coach role responsible for both hands‑on video production support and building the systems, standards and strategy that enable high‑quality, adaptable multimedia output across the firm. This role operates at the intersection of creative direction, adaptable systems and business impact, partnering closely with the Creative Director to build a high‑performing, future‑ready multimedia function that supports brand, business development and firm‑wide communications.

What a day at EXP has in store for you
  • Video production + creative execution
    • Lead video production process focusing heavily on post‑production including concepting, scripting, storyboarding and filming as needed.
    • Produce high‑quality content such as: interviews, short‑form and social video series, motion graphics, animations and GIFs, event and conference video content.
  • Multimedia strategy + systems development
    • Develop and maintain a corporate multimedia strategy and annual roadmap.
    • Build scalable video and motion design systems, including standard workflows and templates for recurring content.
    • Define EXP’s motion brand identity, including animation style, typography, transitions and graphic elements.
    • Establish production standards, file structures and naming conventions and governance workflows.
  • Business development + marketing support
    • Partner with business development teams to create custom multimedia assets for proposals and pursuits.
    • Support firm‑wide marketing initiatives with strategic video content.
    • Identify opportunities where multimedia enhances client engagement and storytelling impact.
  • Analytics + performance optimization
    • Track and report on multimedia performance across platforms.
    • Establish KPIs for engagement and effectiveness.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to improve content performance and strategy.
  • Asset + library management
    • Lead firm‑wide photography and video asset planning and capture.
    • Maintain a centralized, organized multimedia library as part of our larger digital asset management system.
    • Proactively identify gaps and coordinate asset creation or sourcing.
  • Cross‑functional collaboration
    • Collaborate with Corporate Marketing, Corporate Communications and teams across EXP to align multimedia efforts with broader campaigns and business priorities.
  • Mentorship + team development
    • Mentor and support junior designers.
    • Provide guidance on production techniques, storytelling and best practices.
    • Contribute to future team structure and resourcing strategies.
  • Vendor + resource management as needed
    • Build and maintain a regional video production/vendor resource library for regions across North America.
What your experience looks like
  • 10–15+ years of professional experience in video production, multimedia or motion design.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating high‑quality storytelling and production capabilities.
  • Experience developing creative systems and templates.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and video production tools including Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
  • Experience with DaVinci Resolve and collaborative tools like Frame.io and Figma, a plus.
  • Strong understanding of brand standards and visual consistency.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
  • Experience in A/E/C or professional services industry preferred.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for on‑site production.
  • Experience using AI tools to enhance creative workflows.
What You’ll Bring
  • A passion for storytelling and creating meaningful, engaging content.
  • A balance of creative vision and operational discipline.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and solve problems.
  • Comfort working independently while contributing to a highly collaborative team.
  • A drive to continuously learn, improve and innovate.
Why Join EXP?
  • You’ll play a key role in shaping how a global firm tells its story—helping elevate our brand, support business development and create impactful experiences through multimedia.
  • This is an opportunity to build a multimedia ecosystem, influence creative direction and make a measurable impact across the organization.

The salary range for this role is $100,000 to $125,000.
