We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Senior Manager, Client Services & Strategic Solutions for ReachMD, subsidiary of US HealthConnect. ReachMD is a medical education company specialized in providing relevant and practical education for healthcare professionals to help improve patient outcomes. The Senior Manager, Client Services & Strategic Solutions is responsible for the successful delivery of projects, as well as communication with the client post-sale. A critical function of the Senior Manager, Client Services & Strategic Solutions is ensuring consistent communications with the client throughout project implementation and understanding the client’s needs, business, and educational intent.

What a day in the life of a ReachMD Senior Manager, Client Services & Strategic Solutions looks like:

  • Becoming well versed in client’s therapeutic areas and knowledgeable on their marketing strategy
  • Understanding the scope of the project(s) and success criteria
  • Ensuring project fiscal health is maintained and timelines are met
  • Engaging with clients & other stakeholders on a regular basis
  • Understanding & actively participate in client’s medical-regulatory-legal processes, where appropriate
  • Providing oversight and direction to project management team
  • Delivering metrics reports
  • Assisting business development team in client strategy and tactical plans both pre & post sale
  • Acting as a consultative resource to our clients demonstrating our expertise and knowledge
  • Supporting your business development counterpart with client renewal strategy

What we expect from qualified candidates:

  • We are a hybrid work environment, and expect our employees to work on-location 3 days a week at our Fort Washington, PA office
  • Possess a bachelor’s degree (B.S.) or equivalent
  • Have a minimum of 4-6 years’ experience in a client services role in the pharmaceutical industry, project management and/or medical education industry
  • Possess comfort and confidence leading client meetings
  • Possess exceptional written, verbal, and analytical skills
  • Understanding data and critical metrics that are important to clients
  • Understanding medical regulatory submission (MLR) process and systems is a must
  • Maintain excellent attention to detail and have the ability to prioritize
  • Have the ability to handle conflict and problem-solve
  • Exhibit strong leadership qualities
  • Be flexible and independent while working in a fast-paced environment
  • Be able to travel and work extended hours, as needed
  • Be proficient in MS Office, Salesforce, and Project Management systems
