Sr. UX Designer
Location: Fort Lauderdale, Florida (Remote)
Role Overview
Our dynamic and innovative User Experience Design Team is searching for a talented and experienced Senior UX Designer to lead the design of our cutting-edge products. You'll work closely with a cross-functional team of designers, developers, and product managers to deliver a best-in-class experience for automotive shoppers. As a Senior UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of digital products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of usability and design. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, advanced proficiency in design tools, and a passion for crafting industry-leading digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and pattern libraries.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform and validate design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and quality across all digital products.
• Communicate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and team members.
• Mentor and guide junior UX designers.
• Lead the design of products from concept to launch.
• Lead the development of product design strategies and roadmaps.
• Partner with business and product leaders to align design decisions with business goals.
• Translate requirements into comps, user journeys, and experience prototypes.
• Develop and communicate industry-leading creative concepts while balancing business objectives.
• Oversee the work of multiple UX projects, coordinating meetings and reporting on the status for the projects across workflows.
• Provide quality assurance of all creative deliverables.
• Provide UX best-practice leadership and mentor junior designers.

Required Qualifications
Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in UX design for digital products.
• Portfolio showcasing strong design principles and successful product outcomes.
• Expertise in user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Ability to independently lead projects and manage the full UX process.
• Experience mentoring junior designers and fostering team growth.
• Proven experience with user interface design and adherence to guidelines.
• Experience with Agile workflows and iterative design processes.

Technical Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and user testing programs.

General Skills:

• Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to align design decisions with business goals and strategies.
