Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of complex functional areas within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O)
  • Act as a senior escalation point for system issues
  • Lead functional investigations during system outages and incidents
  • Conduct detailed root cause analysis for recurring or complex system issues
  • Maintain, configure, and optimise ERP system functionality to ensure alignment with business requirements
  • Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to evaluate and implement configuration changes
  • Identify opportunities to improve system efficiency, reliability, and scalability
  • Lead functional workstreams and sub-projects from initiation through to delivery
  • Ensure successful implementation of system enhancements and functional changes
  • Facilitate discussions to align system capabilities with operational and strategic business needs
  • Participate in an onโ€‘call rotation to provide after-hours support for critical incidents
Requirements
  • Proven experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O)
  • Strong background in ERP system administration, functional support, or application support roles
  • Experience supporting complex enterprise systems in a global or multi-region environment
  • Handsโ€‘on knowledge of functional ERP processes such as Orderโ€‘toโ€‘Cash and Warehouse Management
  • Experience in incident management, root cause analysis, and production support environments
