Job Summary

Summary
Assist with day-to-day coverage for the development and support of the Archer GRC tool at Mass General Brigham. This includes but not limited to enhancements of existing modules, development of new modules, platform documentation, system monitoring and ticket support. Will collaborate with cross-functional teams, troubleshoot technical issues, and contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the organization's GRC platform.
Under the guidance of the Archer Administrator and/or managers, the Archer Engineer I is expected to build out basic applications, layouts, data-drive events, and calculations. They are expected to provide clear, concise documentation for their tasks. They may identify and raise opportunities to improve the Archer platform.
Essential Functions
-Perform basic platform administration tasks (installations, patches, configuration, backups).
-Assist in monitoring Archer performance and availability.
-Follow standard operating procedures to support Archer and resolve any incidents that may arise.
-Participate in troubleshooting efforts under the guidance of more senior engineers.
-Maintain system documentation, including inventory and configuration records, to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
-Execute routine maintenance activities to ensure system health.
-Participate in team meetings and contribute to knowledge sharing and exchange.
-Support compliance with security and operational policies.
