Job description

Citi is looking for a Senior Digital Product Manager to lead a critical chapter in the transformation of its Liquidity Management Services business — shaping the digital future of Global Liquidity and Cash Concentration (GLCC) products on a global scale. In this role, you will own two high-priority agendas: driving the CRM straight-through processing development programme for the GLCC product suite, and leading the next generation of client journeys through CitiDirect v3. Reporting directly to the Global Product Management Head, you will define product strategy, influence senior stakeholders, and deliver solutions that create measurable value for clients worldwide.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the digital product development agenda for Global Liquidity and Cash Concentration, including CRM straight-through processing and CitiDirect v3 client journey design, ensuring delivery against strategic goals.

  • Define and execute product roadmaps, market plans, pricing strategies, and product line extensions that strengthen Citi's competitive position across target market segments.

  • Conduct market intelligence gathering, competitive analyses, and market sizing studies to identify high-value opportunities within the liquidity and cash management space.

  • Partner closely with sales and relationship management teams to identify client opportunities, shape propositions, and size new business prospects.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams — spanning technology, operations, legal, and implementations — to deliver seamless product enhancements and programme expansions for clients globally.

  • Manage product risk, transactional profit and loss, and regulatory compliance requirements, ensuring all products adhere to global standards throughout the product lifecycle.

  • Produce sector-specific marketing materials and client-facing content that equip sales teams with the tools needed to grow Citi's business and communicate the product value proposition effectively.

  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a high-performance environment and supporting capability growth across the product function.

Qualifications:
  • 10 or more years of experience in product management or product development, with a track record of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder programmes.

  • Deep expertise in managing product performance across the full lifecycle, including client experience, pricing, risk, and distribution.

  • Ability to apply rigorous quantitative and qualitative analysis to inform product decisions, resolve complex challenges, and develop innovative solutions.

  • Demonstrated experience building cross-functional consensus and influencing senior stakeholders across technology, operations, legal, and commercial teams.

  • Confident in presenting product strategies and performance insights to senior leadership and external clients.

  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to analyse product-level profit and loss statements and translate findings into performance improvement actions.

Beneficial Skills & Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in a relevant business, finance, or technology discipline.

  • Experience in logistics, industrial, or e-commerce verticals, with an understanding of the unique product challenges these sectors present.

  • Familiarity with cash management, liquidity products, or treasury solutions within a global financial services environment.

  • Experience leading digital transformation programmes or CRM platform development within a complex, matrixed organisation.

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent university-level qualification.
