This role is expected to independently lead infrastructure initiatives, drive technical designs, oversee disaster recovery readiness, mentor peers, and contribute to long-term infrastructure strategy.
As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer, you will provide expert-level leadership across cloud and hybrid infrastructure environments, with a primary focus on Microsoft Azure, Infrastructure as Code, and automation. You will solve complex technical challenges with minimal direction, influence architectural decisions, and partner with technical and business stakeholders to deliver sustainable, modern infrastructure solutions that support the future of the organization.
This is a hybrid role, with the associate required to be in the office 3 days per week.
Responsibilities
  • Lead infrastructure modernization initiatives across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments

  • Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform and related automation frameworks
  • Design and implement consistent, repeatable, and automated infrastructure deployments
  • Drive architecture and technical design decisions for infrastructure platforms, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and technology strategy
  • Lead disaster recovery planning, testing, resiliency validation, and continuous improvement efforts across critical infrastructure services
  • Serve as a technical leader during major incidents, problem management activities, and root cause analysis efforts
  • Partner with security, application, and business teams to deliver resilient infrastructure solutions that meet business requirements
  • Build and maintain automation solutions using PowerShell and other scripting technologies to improve efficiency, reliability, and scalability
  • Design and support Azure networking, identity, security, and hybrid cloud integrations
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements that enhance reliability, sustainability, performance, and operational maturity
  • Mentor engineers and analysts through technical coaching, design reviews, knowledge sharing, and hands-on collaboration
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, standards, and operational procedures
  • Communicate infrastructure strategy, technical risks, project status, and recommendations to both technical teams and organizational leadership
  • Participate in on-call rotations and support critical after-hours incidents when necessary

Qualifications
Essential
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • 7+ years of infrastructure engineering experience supporting enterprise technology environments
  • Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise-scale Microsoft Azure environments
  • Strong experience with Terraform, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and infrastructure automation practices
  • Advanced PowerShell scripting and automation skills
