This Senior Manager - InvestorTools Perform Platform Engineering role is a high-impact position responsible for driving the design, configuration, and customization of the InvestorTools Perform platform, Credit Scope, and in-house portfolio construction applications. The role combines hands-on execution with strategic oversight, partnering closely with product owners and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, business-aligned solutions.
Operating at the intersection of business and technology, this leader translates complex requirements into technology-ready solutions and ensures seamless implementation-either in-house or in collaboration with vendors. The role also plays a key part in Agile delivery, leading testing efforts and supporting user acceptance testing to ensure high-quality, production-ready outcomes.

Software Development and Engineering role -
  • 10+ years of expertise in Fixed Income Separately Managed Accounts (SMA), with proven leadership in InvestorTools Perform configuration, customization, and platform development.
  • Current working experience with Schwab systems and processes
  • Recognized in-house expert driving platform capabilities across Task Scheduler, upgrades, custom reporting, and advanced business configurations for trading and portfolio workflows.
  • Leads requirements gathering and transforms complex business needs into scalable epics, user stories, and solutions, while proactively resolving critical production issues.
  • Serves as a trusted vendor liaison and techno-functional SME, influencing product direction and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Brings strong domain knowledge in municipal bond trading and SMA business processes to enhance investment operations and decision-making.
  • Champions Agile delivery with expertise in developing epics, themes, user stories, and business rules.
  • Demonstrates strong data expertise with advanced SQL, data analysis, and data mapping capabilities.
  • Provides additional technical depth with .NET and object-oriented programming experience.
  • Known for strong leadership presence, with excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
