Job Title: Senior Targeting Analyst Job Category: Intelligence Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: TS/SCI Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: None Type of Travel: None * * * The Opportunity: The CAGS program is seeking a Senior Targeting Analyst located in Springfield VA. Qualifications: Required: * BS plus 10 years of Intelligence Experience OR MS plus 5 years of Intelligence experience OR Completion of Army (or Service Equivalent) 35/350G, 12Y/125D; OR 35F/350F MOS specialty school plus 15 years of Intelligence experience.
* Relevant experience should be in the field of remote sensing, Geospatial analysis,
all-source analysis.
* Experience should include at least 5 years working supporting the Joint targeting
cycle
* Understanding of the Intelligence Cycle, Collection Management Cycle, Targeting
Cycle, and supporting intelligence analytic techniques; Understanding of Intelligence
Support /Role in the MDMP
* Expert level research and writing skills
* Expert knowledge of GEOINT software including RemoteView, SOCET GXP, DIEE,
or ArcGIS
* Experience with photogrammetric principles and techniques
* Experience in overseeing and executing target development standard as defined in
JP 3-60 and CJCSI 3370.01D.
* Training and expert knowledge in basic, intermediate, and advanced target
development.
* Current/active TS/SCI clearance Desired: • GPC-II Imagery Certification
• Experience with commercial visualization software
• Experience with MS Office suite of tools.
• Experience presenting at community forums and symposiums
• Completion of related Army (or service equivalent) 35/350G, 12Y/125D, or

Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
