We are seeking a data-driven Tableau Developer to develop reports and dashboards that empower a wide variety of customers to make informed business decisions. You will collaborate closely with other teams to implement industry-leading data visualizations that provide our customers with a deep understanding of their data, what it means, and how they can use it.What you'll be doing:Work closely with our customers, product managers, data management team, and the UX/Design team to understand our clients' business problemsBe an active participant in requirements gathering, brainstorming, usability testing and design system standardizationCollaborate with designers in an agile environment to develop interface functionalityDevelop, maintain, and manage advanced reports and dashboards that clearly tell a story with the dataParticipate in QA and data validation activities involved in the presentation layerSupport analysis of KPIs to provide assessment for iteration and improved performanceManage and maintain existing dashboardsSkills we're seeking:5+ years of experience with BI Development3+ years of recent experience with Tableau developmentProficiency developing dashboards, operating summaries, drilldown reports, or similar data visualizations
