The Sr. Systems Engineer is a senior professional responsible for optimizing the IT infrastructure, including servers, storage systems, cloud operations, and identity management. Responsible for designing and implementing advanced server environments, enhancing storage solutions, and ensuring the highest levels of security and efficiency in the cloud operations. Drives system reliability, performance, and security while guiding technical teams and supporting the organization's growth and technological evolution.

  • Leads the design, planning, implementation, enhancement, and testing of both on-premise distributed systems and cloud resources (including Azure, AWS, GCP, Oracle, etc.), ensuring robust and scalable solutions.
  • Conducts in-depth technical assessments, research, and testing of emerging technologies to support strategic initiatives and innovation.
  • Develops and enforces advanced security measures, ensures rigorous compliance, and implements comprehensive data protection strategies across the infrastructure.
  • Troubleshoots and resolves complex technical issues, providing expert-level support for identity and access management.
  • Utilizes advanced automation tools and methodologies to optimize cloud operations, streamline deployment processes, and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Implements sophisticated services and strategies to optimize cloud spending, proactively identifying and leveraging cost-saving opportunities.
  • Designs and deploys advanced identity and access management (IAM) solutions, such as Entra ID, Single Sign-On, and multi-factor authentication, to ensure secure and efficient access control across all systems.
  • Performs other duties as required or assigned, which are reasonably within the scope and responsibility of the job level and family.

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 5 years minimum prior relevant experience (8 years preferred)
