We are seeking a skilled Senior IT Analyst (Apptio Administrator) to join Caterpillar IT Business Resources Division. This role owns the overall design, configuration, maintenance, data inputs, and reporting outputs of the Apptio platform. This role enables critical insights that allow the business to transparently manage their IT Costs. This role supports Technology Business Management processes and associated data management. This role also has technical oversight for the analytics solutions in this space.
What You Will Do:
  • Full ownership of design, configuration, maintenance, data inputs, and reporting outputs of the Apptio Platform.
  • Manage application-related issues, implications, and approaches with clients.
  • Evaluate key interfaces and interdependencies among core applications systems
  • Explain features and benefits of core applications
  • Implement existing and planned application enhancements
  • Track data flow between own applications and core applications in other business areas.
  • Plan enhancement, conversion, and retirement strategies for core applications.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft CoPilot and AI-driven tools

Summary Pay Range:
$112,710.00 - $183,140.00
Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
