Job Title: Senior Engineer - Test Method ValidationJob Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer to oversee Test Method Validation processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong statistical background and possess exceptional analytical and technical writing skills. This role requires creativity and expertise in medical device verification.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee Test Method Validation for Verification & Validation (V&V) processes.
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures diligently.
  • Improve existing Test Methods to enhance control and reduce variability.
  • Develop sample size rationales utilizing a strong statistical background.
  • Write and review protocols for Test Method Validation.
  • Provide guidance to technicians and junior engineers on test method validation tasks.
Essential Skills
  • Strong technical writing skills for protocol development and review.
  • Ability to develop and improve test methods with a knowledge of medical device verification.
  • Proficiency in statistics and sample size rationale development.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Quality background preferred.
  • Ability to provide guidance to technicians and junior engineers.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
  • 3+ years of experience in the medical device industry.
  • Ability to work effectively in a laboratory environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $70.00/hr.
