Career Movement

Phoenix, AZ • On-site

Full-time

Job description

A well established, privately held company in the marketing services and incentive program space is looking for a Senior SQL Developer to take full ownership of its SQL Server environment. This is a hands-on role: T-SQL development, SSIS-based ETL pipelines, SSRS reporting, and relational database design for systems supporting hundreds of enterprise clients and billions of dollars in transaction volume annually.
You will report directly to the IT Manager and work closely with operations and business stakeholders to translate real-world data problems into scalable SQL solutions. This is not a maintenance role. You will be trusted to modernize legacy processes, design new schemas, and own performance tuning end to end.
What you bring:
  • 5+ years of production T-SQL experience, hands-on SSIS and SSRS expertise, strong relational database design and ERD skills, and the judgment to handle sensitive, high-volume data with zero loss of fidelity.
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or a background in financial services, advertising, or incentive and rebate programs is a plus.
