Job Description

Strong knowledge of MS SQL Server administration 

Solid experience with SQL Server 2008 cluster installation and configuration. 

Knowledge of advanced features of SQL Server 2008 and 2012. 

Migration of Microsoft SQL databases from one platform to another 

Experience with Polyserve SQL server clusters with multiple nodes on each cluster mirroring and other methods of disaster recovery. 

Knowledge of SAN and Responsible for data loading, security, performance monitoring and tuning, capacity planning, and backup and recovery. 

Solid skills in database performance fine tuning and optimizing poorly performing queries, stored procedures. 

Prior experience in a fast paced high tech environment. 

Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
