We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Specialist, Technology Control Management to join our Government Securities Services Enablement (GSSE) Platform Control team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: 

  • Evaluating Technology & Information Security Risks and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to uncover control gaps and enhance existing safeguards.
  • Monitoring technology information security risk metrics to detect control deficiencies, analyze emerging patterns, and identify opportunities for enhancement.
  • Conducting Control Assessments on key controls in the Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) to evaluate both their design and operating effectiveness for Business, Technology, and Information Security controls.   
  • Recording and monitoring self-identified control issues in ServiceNow to facilitate appropriate and timely resolution. 
     

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: 

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required, advanced degree is preferred.
  • 3 - 5 years experience in Engineering/Technology and/or Risk Management 
  • Strong Understanding of a Risk and Control framework, Control design and Control effectiveness 
  • Strong Understanding of Technology and Information Security Risk management
  • Ability to interpret and apply Risk & Compliance policies and procedures
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to follow up on items or determine appropriate steps for timely escalation and/or resolution
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines and priorities
