Job description

Associate Technical Consultant – Spatial Intelligence & Solution Delivery

Simply Spatial is a technology consulting organization delivering end-to-end GIS, AI, IT, and cybersecurity services to public sector organizations, utilities, infrastructure-focused clients, and commercial entities to modernize how technology is used across their operations.

We take a spatial-first approach, using spatial intelligence and GIS technology as the foundation for understanding how organizations operate. By anchoring systems and data in location, we help clients uncover connections across departments, workflows, and technologies that are often missed when systems are viewed independently.

Our work goes beyond GIS. We provide integrated consulting services across spatial technology, data management, automation, analytics, and enterprise systems to facilitate connections across business-systems. In addition to GIS services, we deliver end-to-end AI services including training, implementation, and ongoing support. We also offer IT and cybersecurity services spanning planning, architecture, implementation, managed services, and long-term operational support. This ensures the solutions we help deploy remain secure, reliable, and aligned with how our clients operate over time.

Simply Spatial delivers services from technology assessments and system design through implementation and sustainment. We focus on practical solutions that work in real environments and support the people who rely on them every day.

Headquartered in Malvern, PA, Simply Spatial is a growing technology consulting firm built on clarity, accountability, and strong client relationships.

Why Join Simply Spatial

Do work that matters by building technology solutions that support essential services and have visible impact on communities, residents, and frontline teams

Work on purpose-driven projects where GIS, AI, automation, and enterprise systems are applied to real operational challenges

Support API-based integrations with guidance from senior team members

Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution

Prepare documentation, maps, visuals, reports, and client deliverables

Participate in discovery sessions, internal check‑ins, and client workshops

Provide tier‑one support for GIS, data, and application‑related issues

Use modern productivity and AI‑assisted tools to support research, documentation, and problem‑solving while validating results

Work across multiple projects and tasks while adapting to changing priorities in a fast‑moving consulting environment
