Southern Home Services is a residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical organization that acquires, owns, and operates companies throughout the United States. We’re inviting a Senior HVAC Systems Install Specialist to lead residential installs, mentor teammates, and elevate our standards.

• Own the full lifecycle of residential HVAC installations, upgrades, and replacements.
• Expertly cut, thread, and connect copper or PVC; manage high- and low-voltage wiring to spec.
• Coach Install Helpers on- and off-site; contribute to training and development.
• Deliver an outstanding homeowner experience through clear communication and issue resolution.
• Maintain immaculate tool, parts, and vehicle organization.
• Operate safely at heights, in attics and tight spaces, and across extreme temperatures.
• Adhere to appliance standards, the Occupational Health and Safety Act, and internal service quality expectations.
• Perform physically demanding work and support additional duties as assigned.

• At least 1 year of residential HVAC experience with strong hands-on ability.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• EPA certification.
• Advanced troubleshooting and critical thinking for complex installations.
• Proactive, enthusiastic approach with a dedication to top-quality work.
• Customer-first mindset; professional communication with all levels of the company.
• Adaptable, collaborative, and innovative in changing environments.

• Lift 50 lbs. routinely; occasionally up to 100 lbs.
• Climb ladders; enter attics and crawlspaces; navigate tight areas; push, pull, carry; use hand tools; execute fine-detail tasks; drive.
• Stand, walk, sit; talk/hear (in person and by phone); handle/feel with hands; reach with arms.
• Regular stooping, kneeling, bending, and crouching.
• Exposure to extreme indoor/outdoor temperatures and adverse weather (heat, cold, wind, rain, ice, snow).
