Job description

WHAT WE'RE DOING
Provide technical support for Radar and/or Sonar Programs focusing on powersupply design and powersubsystem engineering. The role drives reliable, highperformance power solutions that enable missioncritical sensor systems.
THE WORK
Design, analyze, and simulate powersupply circuits, distribution networks, and powerconversion topologies to meet system requirements.
Perform rootcause investigations and develop correctiveaction plans for powerrelated issues.
Build and refine engineering procedures, seeking continuousimprovement opportunities and greater efficiency.
Mentor junior engineers, sharing expertise in powerelectronics best practices and troubleshooting techniques.
Collaborate closely with senior engineers, subjectmatter experts, and crossprogram teams to integrate power solutions into radar/sonar platforms.

WHO YOU ARE
Experienced powerelectronics engineer (radar/sonar focus preferred).
Proficient in circuit simulation tools (e.g., SPICE, MATLAB/Simulink).
Strong problemsolving skills with a track record of rootcause analysis and correctiveaction implementation.
Excellent communicator and mentor who thrives in collaborative, multidisciplinary teams.
Commitment to continuous improvement and procedural excellence.
