Belay Technologies is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our intel team. The candidate will analyze system requirements to develop evaluation and test plans and procedures, prepare for and conduct data collection and analysis, and report status and results. They will support software quality assessment through testing, automation of test procedures, development of test plans, procedures, and traceability matrices, and execution of test events. Responsibilities also include performing functional, regression, integration, validation, and compliance testing, as well as documenting and verifying software discrepancies and fixes. Additionally, the candidate should have the ability to mentor other test engineers and provide guidance in day-to-day tasks.
Candidates should have the following qualifications:
  • TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in computer engineering or in a field related to the computer engineering or computer science disciplines
  • 8 years of Software Engineering experience
  • An additional 4+ years of Software Engineering experience may be substituted for the degree for a total of 12 years
  • 3 years' work experience in the SIGINT, IA, or IT domains

Candidates are required to have the following skills:
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills - able to clearly communicate architecture and design concepts
  • Ability to write technical documentation including wiki sites, blogs, XML/HTML
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, including the ability to multi-task and work independently with minimum supervision to meet deadlines
