Job description

Job Summary:
LanceSoft, Inc. is seeking a Senior Software Quality Engineer to contribute to the HUGO project in Boston, MA. In this role, you will collaborate with a cross-functional team to ensure the highest quality standards for software systems through the development and maintenance of quality documentation and evaluations of software system activities.
Responsibilities:
• Develop, modify, apply, and maintain software quality documentation following established methods, processes, and procedures.
• Conduct evaluations of software systems activities, including requirements, design, development, documentation, integration, test, verification, and validation.
• Define and implement measures to ensure product quality and compliance with project, process, and contract requirements.
• Review software systems design, change specifications, and plans against contractual and/or process requirements.
• Provide or direct verification and validation of software system requirements, traceability, and testability.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Performing Software FMEA
• Risk Management Planning and Reporting experience
• Knowledge of IEC 62304
• Requires a Baccalaureate degree.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
