En este puesto, te incorporarás al equipo de Quality Assurance (QA)

Tu función principal será garantizar la calidad end-to-end de los productos y servicios digitales, diseñando, ejecutando y manteniendo pruebas funcionales y automatizadas sobre aplicaciones móviles, backend/APIs, integraciones externas y bases de datos. Tendrás autonomía para priorizar y resolver el backlog de QA, asegurando flujos críticos confiables y listos para producción en contextos de run y grow.

Lo que puedes esperar de este rol (Responsabilidades)
  • Diseñar y ejecutar pruebas E2E de flujos críticos de negocio (Cash In/Out, Plin, Liguea y Onboarding) cubriendo app Flutter (Android/iOS), APIs, integraciones externas y persistencia de datos.
  • Mantener y evolucionar la suite de automatización mobile E2E con Maestro/Qmetry o herramientas equivalentes (Appium, Selenium), asegurando estabilidad, mantenibilidad y reutilización.
  • Automatizar y validar servicios backend/APIs mediante Karate DSL, Postman, RestAssured o equivalentes, incorporando escenarios positivos, negativos, de error y regresión.
  • Ensamblar y orquestar pruebas desarrolladas en recorridos de negocio completos, construyendo suites de regresión E2E.
  • Validar integraciones con terceros (pasarelas de pago, CCE, Plin y otros servicios) considerando consistencia transaccional, errores, timeouts, reversos y trazabilidad del flujo.
  • Realizar validaciones sobre bases de datos (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, DocumentDB y/o DynamoDB) para comprobar integridad, estados y consistencia de la información.
  • Gestionar de forma autónoma el triage del backlog de QA y defectos, determinando severidad y prioridad, levantando evidencias y coordinando la resolución con desarrollo y producto.
  • Apalancarte en herramientas de observabilidad (Kibana, Grafana o similares) e IA (Claude, Kiro, Codex, GitHub Copilot) para acelerar análisis, test plans, casos, scripts y mejora continua del proceso de calidad.
Requisitos
  • 5+ años de experiencia en QA, con sólida experiencia comprobable en automatización E2E.
  • 2+ años de experiencia en automatización mobile (idealmente sobre aplicaciones construidas en Flutter)
  • Experiencia práctica en automatización Mobile E2E utilizando Maestro, Qmetry, Appium o Selenium
  • Experiencia en automatización Backend / API testing con Karate DSL, Postman, RestAssured o herramientas equivalentes
  • Manejo de consultas y validación de datos en bases de datos relacionales y no relacionales (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, DocumentDB y/o DynamoDB).
  • Uso de herramientas de gestión de pruebas y tracking: Jira + X-Ray, Qmetry o equivalentes; manejo de metodologías ágiles y autonomía en triage/priorización de defectos.
  • Manejo activo de herramientas de Inteligencia Artificial aplicadas al ciclo de QA (Claude, Codex, GitHub Copilot, Kiro) para acelerar test plans, generación de casos y scripts.
  • Deseable Experiencia previa en el sector Fintech, Banca o Medios de Pago (incluyendo conocimiento de redes de tarjetas y transferencias como CCE/Plin).
  • Uso de herramientas de observabilidad para análisis de logs e incidentes (Kibana, Grafana o similares).
  • Nivel de inglés técnico o superior
