OverviewThe Senior Software Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex software applications and systems that support business objectives. This role serves as a technical leader within the engineering team, driving best practices, mentoring developers, and delivering scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions. The Senior Software Engineer collaborates closely with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and innovation.ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software applications and services.
  • Lead technical design discussions and contribute to architecture decisions.
  • Develop clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver technical solutions.
  • Review code and provide mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex software defects and production issues.
  • Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Participate in Agile development activities, including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps initiatives.
  • Implement and maintain security best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.

The expected salary range for this role is USD $100,200.00 - USD $125,000.00 Yr.
