In this role, you will:

  • Help build a critical part of Schwab’s growth in the Workplace market.
  • Design and build scalable platforms supporting critical workplace applications – like Equity Administration, PCRA and Retirement Plan Services for millions of participants.
  • Drive modernization initiatives, including API and foundational system improvements that enable faster, safer integration and partnerships
  • Improve platform stability, performance, and resilience to reduce risk and deliver seamless experiences at scale
  • Modernize legacy components to address high risk remediation and compliance while maintaining industry leading standards
  • Leverage AI to innovate processes and outcomes for maximum efficiency and quality.
  • Be part of a collaborative team where you aren’t an “order taker” but an influencer.
What you have

Required Skills

  • 2 Years of testing complex enterprise level applications.
  • .NET programming experience, JavaScript, Typescript
  • Ability to design, build, and maintain automated tests for Angular UIs using tools such as Selenium.
  • Familiar with creating reliable, maintainable automated tests and contributing to reusable test patterns.
  • Ability to testing web services/APIs (creating/validating test data, asserting responses) and using common API tools.
  • Experience documenting use cases in a tool like Zephyr.
  • Experience working on an Agile team—collaborating with engineers to improve testability/coverage and communicating test status/defects clearly.
  • Experience with leveraging AI to assist in development.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with secure coding development (OWASP, CWE, etc.)
  • Familiarity with the Ionic Framework or testing mobile applications.
  • Some experience testing mobile applications with Appium.
  • Experience with test data management strategies.
