Job Summary:
Diverse Lynx is seeking a Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to work onsite in McLean, VA. The role involves designing and maintaining automation frameworks, executing various testing methodologies, and collaborating with teams in an Agile environment to ensure software quality.
Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Playwright, Selenium, Cucumber, Java, and TypeScript
• Execute end-to-end (E2E), functional, and integration testing across frontend and backend systems
• Develop and run automated test scripts for UI and API validation
• Integrate automation suites within CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Maven)
• Perform backend and database validation using SQL (DB2, PostgreSQL)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to ensure quality across all delivery stages
• Validate that software meets acceptance criteria and business requirements
