Linden Square Senior Care is seeking compassionate, dependable Shift Supervisors to lead our resident care team in a fast-paced Assisted Living and Memory Care community.

In this leadership role, you will oversee daily resident care operations, support and coach care staff, ensure compliance with resident care plans, and serve as a key point of contact for residents, families, and healthcare providers. This position is ideal for experienced caregivers who enjoy leading others while remaining actively involved in resident care.

We are currently hiring for:

  • Full-Time Days: 6:00 AM โ€“ 6:30 PM
  • Part-Time Days: Wednesdays, 6:00 AM โ€“ 6:30 PM
  • Part-Time Nights: Wednesdays, 6:00 PM โ€“ 6:30 AM

For candidates seeking additional hours, opportunities may be available to combine this position with Resident Assistant (RA) or Lead Resident Assistant/Medication Technician shifts, based on qualifications and current openings.

What You'll Do
  • Lead and support resident care staff during assigned shifts
  • Ensure residents receive safe, compassionate, person-centered care
  • Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes appropriately
  • Assist with resident assessments and care plan implementation
  • Respond to emergencies, incidents, and resident concerns
  • Coach team members and address performance concerns as needed
  • Ensure compliance with state regulations, infection control standards, and community policies
  • Partner with families, physicians, and healthcare professionals to support resident well-being
Qualifications
  • CNA, CENA, Medication Aide, LPN, or equivalent senior living experience
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • CPR and First Aid Certification (or ability to obtain)
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Passion for serving seniors and supporting a team environment
