Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or analysis field
  • U.S. Citizen, possessing an active Department of Defense SECRET security clearance and eligible for TS/SCI*
  • Qualified as Submerged Officer of the Deck with at least 6 years of experience in at sea submarine operations
  • Experience in communicating complex issues to executive leaders with data driven analysis to support critical decisions
  • Proficiency with analytical tools (MATLAB, Python, or similar)

Strongly Desired Experience/Qualifications:

  • Masters or PhD degree in Operations Research or equivalent fields
  • Experience as a submarine Department Head or Executive Officer on an operational SSN/SSGN/SSBN
  • Experience in tactical operations and employment
  • Experience in applying advanced analytical techniques to solve complex problems
  • Experience drafting technical reports, policy briefs, or briefing decks for senior stakeholders
