  • Manage a team of security analysts and serve as the primary interface and Point of Contact (POC) with the Government Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), and be responsible for managing and overseeing the activities of all contractor personnel used in the performance of this effort and contained in this contract.
  • Collaborate with Government program leads to plan, track, and document security projects and deliverables supporting the Government customer's goals.
  • Develop and deliver project plans, monthly status reports, quarterly In Progress Reviews, performance metrics, and executive-level updates addressing project status, staffing, risks, issues, and recommended actions.
  • Analyze DoW security policies and internal procedures to assess compliance, interpret requirements, identify potential impacts, and recommend process or performance improvements.

  • Support a high-volume customer service environment handling approximately 1,400 security requests per month across the team, including SIPRNet token, facility access, badge, and Visit Access Request actions; maintain customer communication and track requests through completion.
  • Manage and monitor shared security mailbox traffic and compile weekly, end-of-month, and monthly metrics covering request volume, action type, status, completion time, trends, and other performance indicators.
  • Support the security portions of personnel in-processing and out-processing, including transaction tracking and entries in the Defense Information System for Security (DISS) or a successor system.
  • Assist Government-led inquiries into potential security incidents by coordinating interviews, preparing reports, maintaining documentation, and tracking actions from initiation through closure.
  • Maintain accurate information in security-related systems, including access-control databases, DISS, security rosters, eligibility and access records, Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) records, and accreditation documentation.
  • Prepare analyses and briefings for Government program leads, senior management, stakeholders, and executive leadership concerning security program performance, compliance, risks, and emerging issues.
  • Support records management, Mission Assurance, Continuity of Operations site relocation, and related activities, including compliance with applicable DoW, General Services Administration, and National Archives and Records Administration requirements.
  • Support security programs such as Operations Security and Controlled Unclassified Information by coordinating meetings, agendas, minutes, presentations, training sessions, focus groups, research activities, and governance documentation.
  • Assist with implementing and maintaining security procedures, checklists, process controls, document-handling practices, and records-destruction activities as directed by Government program leads.
  • Support the annual Information Security Assistance Visit self-inspection program, including scheduling, site visits, improvement recommendations, reports, metrics, trend analyses, and senior-leadership briefing materials for an estimated 20 to 30 visits annually.
  • Support security education and awareness activities by updating the Learning Management System and training requirements, preparing and delivering approximately five to 10 courses annually, and reporting training compliance.
  • Prepare country-specific risk assessments and foreign travel briefings in support of approximately 400 overseas travelers annually.
  • Support SCI and collateral facility requirements for an inventory of more than 100 secure facilities, including accreditation documentation, physical security inspections, vulnerability identification, mitigation recommendations, and customer assistance in achieving DoW compliance.
