You also help support the product owner, collaborate with their team, and lead by example. Qualifications include scrum master certification, skills in technology and mentoring, and at least a few years of on-the-job experience with agile approaches. Most begin their career as a scrum master for a few years before reaching senior status.

A Senior Scrum Master often works with several Scrum teams, facilitating coordination and removing obstacles that might hinder progress. They help teams adhere to Agile best practices, encourage cross-team collaboration, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
