Job Description

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer / Technical Lead with strong expertise in Salesforce Field Service (FSL) to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise Field Service solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, integration teams, and developers to deliver scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine functional and technical requirements.
  • Provide leadership and guidance on Salesforce Field Service best practices, solution architecture, and implementation strategies.
  • Design, develop, and configure Salesforce solutions using:
    • Salesforce Configuration
    • Field Service Mobile Flows
    • Apex Development
    • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
    • Security, Permissions, and Sharing Models
  • Partner with the MuleSoft integration team to design and support integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems.
  • Work closely with deployment and release management teams to promote code and migrate data across Salesforce environments.
  • Mentor and support development teams by providing technical guidance, code reviews, and troubleshooting assistance.
  • Create and maintain technical design, architecture, and solution documentation.
  • Review and validate test scenarios and test cases to ensure comprehensive functional and integration testing.
  • Ensure solutions follow Salesforce development best practices, coding standards, and governance processes.


Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Salesforce development experience with strong expertise in Salesforce Field Service (FSL).
  • Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Salesforce configuration.
  • Experience designing and supporting Salesforce integrations, preferably using MuleSoft.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing, and data models.
  • Experience leading technical teams and providing solution architecture guidance.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Platform Developer and Field Service certifications.
  • Experience in utility or energy industry projects.
  • Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
