Job description

Description

About Level

Level is Franklin's first medical-led wellness center, offering clinically backed, whole health plans built around each individual's needs. Through our proprietary Levelology methodology, we bring together recovery, aesthetics, chiropractic care, diagnostics, and personal training under one roof and one coordinated care team. We're not a gym, and we're not a med spa. We're something new.

The Role

We're looking for our first dedicated Sales & Partnerships Manager-a motivated, people-forward professional who will own the full sales experience at Level. This is a ground-floor opportunity to build something: you'll be the first full-time sales hire, working directly with the President and the marketing team, with a path to grow into a team leadership role as the business scales.

Day-to-day, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective members, converting inbound leads, leading facility tours, and meeting with walk-ins. Longer term, you'll expand Level's reach by identifying and developing corporate wellness partnerships and brand relationships across the Greater Nashville area.

What You'll Do

Respond to and qualify inbound leads in a timely, brand-appropriate manner

Lead facility tours and consultations that convert prospects into members

Engage walk-ins and on-site inquiries with a concierge-level sales approach

Maintain and manage the sales pipeline in HubSpot, ensuring accurate tracking and follow-through

Develop and execute an outreach strategy targeting local companies for corporate wellness partnerships

Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns, events, and partnership activations

Track and report on sales performance, conversion rates, and pipeline health

Represent Level at local events and community activations (up to 30% local travel)

What You Bring

3-5 years of sales experience, ideally in wellness, hospitality, luxury services, or a related consumer-facing industry

Demonstrated ability to close-you follow up, you follow through, and you know how to read a room

Experience building or contributing to B2B or brand partnership pipelines is a plus

Proficiency in HubSpot CRM highly preferred; familiarity with booking or practice management platforms a bonus (we use Zenoti)

Strong interpersonal and communication skills! This role requires equal parts relational warmth and hustle

Self-directed and comfortable operating as an individual contributor without a playbook already in place

Strong organizational skills and a demonstrated ability to maintain sales records and communicate findings internally

Compensation & Details

Performance-based incentives

On-site, Franklin, TN (up to 30% local travel within Greater Nashville)

Full-time, immediate start
