We are seeking a detail-oriented and technology-driven Manager, Finance Systems & Automation to join our Finance team. This role combines traditional accounting responsibilities with finance transformation initiatives, process automation, AI implementation, and ERP optimization. The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable working through month-end close activities and partnering cross-functionally with Accounting, Operations, Product, and Engineering teams to improve financial processes through technology. 

Reporting directly to the Controller, this role will help scale our finance and accounting teams through automation, process improvement, and AI-enabled workflows.


How you can make an impact:

  • Own and support month-end close activities, including data analysis, reconciliations, account analysis, and financial reporting. 
  • Support revenue reporting and analysis in accordance with company policies and accounting standards. 
  • Lead the integration of AI-enabled tools and workflow automation across finance and accounting functions. 
  • Evaluate, document, and optimize financial processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. 
  • Serve as a finance subject matter expert for ERP systems, workflow automation tools, and financial process design. 
  • Investigate and resolve complex accounting and operational variances. 
  • Support financial system implementations, integrations, and enhancements. 
  • Develop business requirements and collaborate with technical teams to translate finance needs into technology solutions. 
  • Lead the evaluation, development, and deployment of AI agents, automation workflows, and intelligent process solutions across Finance, Accounting, and Operations, driving measurable improvements in productivity, accuracy, and scalability.  

Bring your passion, here's what’s needed:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, or related field. 
  • 5+ years of experience in accounting, financial operations, finance systems, or related areas. 
  • Experience working within ERP systems such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms. 
  • Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals and financial processes. 
  • Experience leveraging AI, automation, RPA, workflow tools, or finance technology solutions to improve business operations. 
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable system or process solutions. 
  • Strong analytical skills with experience performing reconciliations, variance analysis, and issue resolution. 
  • Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, or managing AI-powered workflows, agent-based automation, or intelligent business process solutions in a finance or operational environment. 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience supporting accounting close activities and financial reporting processes. 
  • ERP administration, implementation, or integration experience. 
  • AI agent development or workflow automation experience. 
  • Experience with process mapping and operational transformation projects. 
  • Exposure to revenue operations, invoicing workflows, or transaction processing environments. 
  • Experience supporting global or multi-entity organizations. 
  • Proven success driving process improvement and business transformation initiatives.
