Role Description
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Treasury and Risk Manager for all our corporate treasury operations and company-wide risk management programs. In this dual-impact role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day liquidity, processing vendor payments and adhoc manual requests, ensuring strict debt compliance, and safeguarding the company's assets by managing our comprehensive insurance portfolio.
The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in finance, hands-on experience with Oracle ERP systems, and an understanding of commercial insurance and corporate risk mitigation.

What you'll do:
  • Treasury & Cash Management
    • Payment Processing: Execute, review, and approve manual and automated payments utilizing Oracle ERP and various banking platforms, ensuring strict adherence to internal controls and fraud-prevention protocols.
    • Liquidity Management: Monitor and manage daily cash balances across multiple legal entities and banking partners to optimize liquidity.
    • Cash Forecasting: Develop and maintain short- and long-term cash flow forecasts to support operational needs and strategic initiatives.
    • Bank Administration: Serve as the primary point of contact for banking partners, managing bank account openings, closures, and user access controls.

    Debt Compliance & Reporting
    • Covenant Tracking: Monitor, calculate, and report on financial covenants to ensure absolute compliance with credit facilities and debt agreements.
    • Debt Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual debt compliance certificates and reports for senior leadership and external lenders.
    • Interest Management: Oversee interest expense forecasting, tracking, and timely settlement of debt service payments.

    Risk Management & Insurance
    • Insurance Portfolio Management: Oversee all company-wide insurance programs, including Commercial General Liability, Property, D&O, Cyber, and Workers' Compensation.
    • Renewals & Broker Relations: Lead the annual insurance renewal process, collaborating with brokers to negotiate optimal coverage terms, premiums, and deductibles.
    • Claims Administration: Manage the end-to-end claims process, working closely with legal, operations, and insurance adjusters to ensure timely resolution.
    • Risk Assessment: Identify potential operational and financial risks across the organization and recommend mitigation strategies.
What you'll bring:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
  • Experience: 5 to 7+ years of progressive corporate treasury or corporate finance experience, with at least 2 years in a lead capacity.
  • Certifications: Certified Treasury Professional (CTP), CFA, or CPA designation is highly preferred.
  • Technical Savvy: Advanced Excel skills (financial modeling) and deep familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle Fusion).
  • Analytical Power: Exceptional problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset to analyze bank fees, yield optimization, and working capital trends.
  • Communication: Ability to distill complex financial concepts into clear insights for executive leadership.
