Job description

Project Manager

Our client is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives with a balance of hands-on execution and executive stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate thrives in the detailscoordinating meetings, tracking deliverables, documenting outcomeswhile also demonstrating the maturity and acumen to engage with SVP-level sponsors and Steering Committees.

This role requires a whole-package PM: someone who can facilitate daily progress while anticipating risks, managing scope/budget, and keeping senior leadership aligned.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Execution
  • Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, including scheduling, agendas, minutes, and action item tracking.
  • Actively monitor project tasks, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure timely completion.
  • Quickly adapt to and utilize client's PM software and other internal tools.
  • Governance & Stakeholder Management
  • Partner directly with SVP-level sponsors and Steering Committees, ensuring clear communication and alignment on priorities, scope, and risks.
  • Drive scope change management, impact analysis, budget tracking, and escalation management.
  • Demonstrate active listening and discernmentspotting potential risks early and raising concerns proactively.
  • Leadership & Facilitation
  • Lead project discussions with confidence, ensuring key topics are covered, priorities are addressed, and next steps are clear.
  • Encourage accountability across workstreams, chasing follow-ups and ensuring commitments are met.
  • Balance strong leadership with humilityknowing when to ask questions and seek clarity.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience, ideally in enterprise IT or business transformation programs.
  • Proven ability to operate at multiple levels: tactical execution and executive-facing leadership.
  • Strong facilitation skills with experience running Steering Committees and senior-level forums.
  • Excellent organizational, documentation, and follow-up discipline.
  • Experience with scope, budget, and impact management.
  • Salesforce project experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Proficiency with project management tools; ability to learn new systems quickly (Monster PM, Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet, etc.).
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and risk management skills.
