The Senior Analyst, Project Management plays a pivotal role in the successful execution of executive-level talent acquisition initiatives. This position partners closely with Executive Recruiters and key stakeholders to drive operational excellence throughout the search lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and high-touch experience for candidates and hiring leaders alike. The role is responsible for managing complex workflows, coordinating critical milestones, tracking progress, and facilitating communication across multiple stakeholders to ensure searches move efficiently from kickoff to offer. Success in this role requires exceptional organization, attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced, high-visibility environment. The Senior Analyst leverages project management expertise to identify opportunities for process improvement, ensure operational consistency, and deliver an exceptional experience that supports the organization's leadership hiring objectives. About the Team The Executive Talent Acquisition team is responsible for attracting and hiring world-class leadership talent across Walmart's enterprise. Working in partnership with senior executives and business leaders, the team provides strategic talent insights, develops innovative sourcing strategies, and delivers exceptional candidate experiences for officer-level and other critical leadership searches. Through close collaboration with recruiters, talent researchers, HR partners, and business stakeholders, the team ensures the successful execution of executive hiring initiatives that strengthen Walmart's leadership pipeline and support the company's long-term growth and business objectives. What You'll Do
  • Partner with Executive Recruiters to drive the operational execution of officer-level and executive searches from interview coordination through offer readiness.
  • Deliver a white-glove candidate experience by serving as a primary point of contact throughout the interview, assessment, and selection process.
  • Coordinate complex interview schedules, executive assessments, travel arrangements, and onsite visits while maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail.
  • Manage search project plans, workflows, and key milestones across multiple concurrent executive searches to ensure timely execution and stakeholder alignment.
  • Facilitate communication among recruiters, business leaders, HR partners, executive assistants, and external vendors to drive an efficient and seamless hiring process.
  • Track search progress, maintain reporting, and provide timely updates and insights to stakeholders.
  • Ensure accurate documentation, system updates, data integrity, and compliance with recruiting processes and policies.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance operational efficiency, and improve the executive hiring experience.
  • Support special projects and strategic talent acquisition initiatives as needed.
